David G. Dukich

David G. Dukich, 66, of Steubenville, died Sunday May 21, 2017 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. He was born July 22, 1950 in Fairmont, WV. He is the son of Rudolph Dukich of Fairmont and the late Margaret Miller Dukich. David was Vice President of Practice Management at Keystone Medical Management of State College, PA. and was a member of Triumph of the Cross Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife Susan Hannen Dukich whom he married December 22, 1983. One son, Ryan (Karly) Dukich of Pittsburgh and one daughter, Alison (Jonathan) Burrell of Weirton, WV. One sister, Debra Dukich of Morgantown, WV. Four grandchildren, Ellie, Jace, Camden, and Anastasia. Anyone that met David knew that he was a big personality, with an even bigger heart. David lived his life with intense passion- whether it was loving his family, teaching blind people to ski, or in communicating his strong convictions on, well, just about anything. The consummate family man, there was never a problem he was unable to fix, and was a true rock for those he loved. David enjoyed shooting and was a member of the Steubenville Rifle and Pistol Club and was an avid skier and a member of the Pittsburgh Ski Club. Calling hours are Wednesday 3-7 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Fr. Ryan Grey, celebrant. Burial will be private.
