Felix A. Calabrese

Felix A. Calabrese 76,of Wintersville was a devoted husband and father-passed away Friday May 5, 2017 at valley hospice, Where he recieved wonderful care with compassion.  He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Christina, a sister Rita Davis, a brother, Victor Calabrese and beloved granddaughter Angela Casinelli.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years Karen (Fletcher), and his three daughters Kim (Brian) Wood, Lisa (John) Casinelli, and Christina Calabrese, one sister, Dolores Calabrese of CA..  He also leaves behind his granddaughter Anamaria and grandson John Anthony Casinelli, along with several special nieces and nephews. He served in the US Navy from 1961-1968, also worked as an industrial firefighter at Weirton Steel Fire Dept, an auxiliary police officer for the Wintersville Police Dept, and in later years as the Parking and Litter officer for Cross Creek Twp.  He served and protected with pride and honor.
Friends and Family may call Sunday 1 pm until the time of services at 5 pm. Randy Sells will officiate. Burial will be private.
