Felix J. "Toar" Wilson, 96, of Wintersville, died Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Wyngate Senior Living Community. He was born December 11, 1920, in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Sam and Eva Plabaneska Wilson. Also preceding him in death are his wife of 66 years, Elizabeth Laurino Wilson; brother, Albert Wilson; three sisters, Adella Wilson, Alberta Wilson, and Anna Rice; a granddaughter, Tammy, and a grandson, Sam. Felix was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, its Men's Club and served as an Usher. He was retired from Weirton Steel where he was a master mechanic. He was also a former member of the VFW, the Weirton Steel 25 year Club, the St. Vincent DePaul Society and the Knights of Columbus Council 472. Felix was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in WWII as a combat engineer. Surviving are four sons; Dr. Daniel (Donna) Wilson of Rochester MN, Attorney Thomas (Marge) Wilson of Steubenville, James (Grace Jackson) Wilson, of Malibu, CA, David (Christina) Wilson of Valley View, OH; one daughter, Kathleen (Richard) Flango of Zelienople, PA; nine grandchildren, Jennifer Ann, Rose, Matthew, Andrew, Jennifer Elise, Angela, Adam, Natalie Rose, and Dominic; three great-grandchildren, Will Daniel, Daniel Jon, and Lilliania. The family would like to thank the nurses, staff, and employees of Wyngate for their kindness and professionalism shown to our father and mother. Calling hours are Thursday 3-7 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated at 10 am Friday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Most Rev. Jeffrey Monforton, celebrant. There will be vigil service 3 pm Thursday. Burial at Mt.
