Geraldine Y. "Gerrie" Maragos

Geraldine Y. "Gerrie" Maragos,  80, of Toronto died Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Allegheny General Hospital.
She was born April 9, 1937 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Minnie Krnich Aldinger, Gerrie is also preceded in death by her step-father, Bill Aldinger. 
Gerrie was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, the Philoptochos Society and the Holy Trinity Senior Citizens. 
Surviving are her husband, Nicholas Maragos, to whom she married 60  wonderful years; one son, Paul (Kathy) Maragos of Columbus; and one daughter, Nicole (Paul) Zorne of Wintersville; five grandchildren, Sophia, Anthony, Nicky, Sonja, and Luke.
She dearly loved her grandchildren.
Calling hours are Tuesday 3-7 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, and on Wednesday at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church from 11 a.m. until services at noon. Fr. Nick Halkias will officiate, and burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
