John Quattrone

John Quattrone, 91, of Steubenville, died Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born April 18, 1926, in Reggio, Calabria, Italy. He is the son of the late Franco and Teresa Pustorino Quattrone. Also preceding him in death are his wife Marie Gualtiere Quattrone, brother Frank "Cheech" Quattrone, two sisters JoAnna Cantoni, Maria Hayes and five infant sisters.

John was a member of Triumph of the Cross Parish and was retired from the city water department.

Surviving are one brother Joseph "Pepe" (Rita) Quattrone of Maryland and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Friday from 2-4 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 am at Holy Rosary Church, Fr. Tom Nau will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
