Kathy L. Mitchell

Kathy L. Mitchell , 60, of Wintersville, died Sunday, October 9, 2016 at her home. 
She was born March 11, 1956 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of Mary Alice Mitchell and the late George M. Mitchell. 
Also preceding her in death are two brothers, Dennis and George Mitchell. 
Kathy is a former member of the Findlay United Methodist Church. She worked as a U. S. Post Office employee at the Steubenville Office for 30 years. 
Surviving are one son, Victor Tuseck of Wintersville and one brother, Joseph (Christina) Mitchell of Wintersville. 
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Highland Hills Cemetery.
