Mary Ann Bruzzese

Mary Ann Bruzzese, 91, formerly of Steubenville, died Saturday, October 8th, at Nathan Adelson Hospice Center in Las Vegas NV.         She was born July 14th, 1925 in Ridgeway, PA. She was the daughter of Santo and Carrie Maurizio Barilla. 
Also proceeding her in death were husband, Vincent John "Jimmy" Bruzzese, brothers, Dominic, Tony and Pat Barilla, one sister,  Philomena "Menna" Dicario, son-in-law, Chris Canella and granddaughter, Joanna Marie Bruzzese. 
Surviving are son, Dominic "Mickey" (Cathy) Bruzzese,  daughter Cathy (Jerry) Checkler, one brother, Pete Barilla, and sister, Theresa "Chic" Mastriangioli.
Mary Ann was a catholic and for many years worked in many of the  gift shops in Las Vegas.
four grandchildren Carlo, Tony, and Angelo Canella, and Dominic Bruzzese. great grandchildren, Vincent, Nicholas, Sophia, Makayla, and Matthew.
 Calling hours will be held Friday at Holy Rosary Church from 10:30 a.m. until time of Mass at Noon, Fr. Nau will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
