Mary Ann Ruggieri

Mary Ann Ruggieri, 89, of Steubenville died Friday, July 8, 2017 in Virginia. She was born September 17, 1927 in Gioiosa, Reggio Calabria, Itlay. She is the daughter of the late Nicola and Caterina Coluccio Lopresto. 
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Italian American Culture Club. She was retired from the Reiner's, The Hub and Greenburg Jewelers.  
Surviving are her husband Alphonse Ruggieri; one brother Vincent Lopresto of Steubenville; nephew James (Nancy) Lopresto  and nieces, Lisa (Mike) Moran and Debbie (Victor) Alley, and Jacqueline ( Andrew) Duke. great nephews, Philip (Ashley) Lopresto and Myles Moran, and Andrew Duke. great nieces, Gina Lopresto, Nicole (Travis) Arnold,  Maggie Moran, Dionne (Michael) Best, and Andrea (Adam) Snoderly . Great Great-nephew, Nicholas Lopresto, Hunter Sistilli, and Nicholas Best and great great neice Emily Lopresto, Kayla Sistilli    
Calling hours will be Friday from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. 
A funeral liturgy with Mass will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Holy Family Church, Msgr. Gerald Calovini will celebrate. Entombment  will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
