Michelina F. "Mickie" Sellaroli

Michelina F. "Mickie" Sellaroli, 91, of Steubenville died Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Shadyside Hospital. She was born November 12, 1925 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Nick Perrone and Maria Tevere Perrone Manfresca. Also preceding her in death are her husband John Sellaroli, brothers Joseph and Ramo Perrone and one sister Annie Gombar. 

Mickie worked for 31 years as a deputy clerk for the Jefferson County Probate Court. She has also given her time to Triumph of the Cross Parish, where she served on the parish council and was president of the Catholic Women's Club. Additionally, Mickie has served on the Diocesan Council of Catholic Women and a member of the Franciscan University Women's Club. For her years of service to the diocese, Bishop Mussio presented her with the Caritas Award in 1977.

Surviving are three sons John A. Jr. (Janice) of Steubenville, Michael (Karen) of Columbus and Lou (Anne) of Salem; two brothers Charlie (Mary) Manfresca and Roger (Jeannie) Manfresca; two sisters Madeline (Loretto "88") Iafrate of Follansbee and Gloria (Sam) DiMeo of Mingo Jct.; five grandchildren Tammy, Michelle, John M., Michael, Katie and seven great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Friday from 4-8 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 am at Holy Rosary Church, Fr. Tom Nau will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A vigil service will be held Friday at 7:45 pm.
