Richard Lee "Dick" Spencer

Richard Lee "Dick" Spencer 75 of Wintersville died Sunday September 10, 2017 at Trinity West ER.  
He was born December 16, 1941 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Charles and Betty Moffat Spencer, 
Richard is also preceded in death by his sister Sondra Newman.
Richard is a member of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church and was retired from Weirton Steel, sales department.
Surviving are his wife Linda Rose Bell Spencer whom he married September 26, 1974. Three daughters; Tamara (Ronald) Shumard of Mt. Pleasant, Necole (Rick) Hritz of Steubenville, and Joell (Marty) Kardos of Perrysburg, OH. Two brothers, Jerry (Janie) Spencer of Cincinnati and Doug (Terrie) Spencer of Mingo Jct. Two sisters,  Diane (Rob) Conway of Blacklick, OH and Janice (Bob) Liggett of Richmond, OH, 6 six grandchildren, Bethany, Corey, Mason, Bretton, Brock, and Molly and Five great grandchildren, Caelyn, Kyiah, Brayden, Connor, and Miles.
Calling hours are Wednesday 10 a.m. until the time of services at noon. William Brown will officiate and burial will be private at Oakland Cemetery, Mingo Jct.
