Ruth M. DiCarlo

Ruth M. DiCarlo, 86, of Steubenville died, Thursday, January 12, 2017 at her home. She was born November 23, 1930 in East Liverpool, OH. She is the daughter of the late Andrew and Ada Shank Conn. Also preceding her in death are five brothers.

Ruth was a retired nurse from Ohio Valley Hospital. She was an avid bowler, being in the 600 club. She also loved to sew and crotchet.  

Surviving are her husband Rudolph V. "Rudy", whom she married May 27, 1953; two sons David DiCarlo of Ionia, MI and John DiCarlo of Linwood, NJ; one daughter Cynthia Harda of Steubenville; two sisters Dorothy Fenton of East Liverpool and Irene Myers of Surprise, AZ; two grandchildren Nicholas Harda and Tyler DiCarlo.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 1-5 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated Monday at 10 am at Holy Rosary Church, Fr. Tom Nau will celebrate. Entombment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
