Samuel J. Minotti Jr.

Samuel J. Minotti Jr., 67, of Mingo Jct. Died Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Valley Hospice. He was born March 23, 1950 in Warren, OH. He is the son of the late Samuel Sr. and Betty Lisec Minotti. Also preceding him in death are his step mother Ann Minotti, brother Tom Minotti and step grandson Robert Daniel Pizzoferrato.

Samuel was the manager for Rax Restaurant in Weirton, later becoming the regional manager. He then worked as the food service manager for the Compass Trinity Group.

Samuel loved golfing, cards and reading. He also collected antiques and liked playing the horses.

Surviving are his wife Jeannette Moro Minotti, whom he married July 15, 1989; two step sons Daniel (Tina) Pizzoferrato of Steubenville and Bobby (Fiancé Jami) Pizzoferrato of Weirton; one brother Chris (Sharon) Minotti of Warren; one nephew Sam Minotti; two step grandchildren Danielle and Tara Pizzoferrato.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-6 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral service will be held Monday at 11 am at the funeral home, Fr. Jim Dunfee will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
