Velma F. Winland

Velma F. Winland, 65, of Steubenville passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born November 25, 1952 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Isaac and Estella Burgery Mills.
She is also preceded in death by four brothers, Johnny, James, Elmer and Isaac Mills; and three sisters, Agnes Mills, Nellie Fifthen and Pearl Search. 
Surviving are two sons, Bobby (Rochelle) of South Carolina and Thomas of Piney Fork; daughter Tina (Donald Jr.) Frankhauser of Steubenville; brother Raymond Mills of Zanesville and her twin sister Thelma Winland of Piney Fork, Marjorie (Steve) Winland of Zanesville, Ruth Moore of Follansbee and Alice Long of Brilliant; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
As per Velma's wishes there will be no services.
