Vincenzo A. Rinaldi

Vincenzo A Rinaldi, 89, of Steubenville died Monday, May 15, 2017 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital surrounded by his loving family. 
He was born March 25, 1928 in Noepoli, Potenza, Italy. 
He is the son of the late Antonio and Maria Romano Rinaldi. 
Also preceding him in death are three brothers Guiseppe, Salvatore, and Angelo Rinaldi, sister-in-law Inez Ciacci and brother-in-law Lewis Ciacci.
Vincenzo was owner and operator of Rinaldiás Barber Shop until his retirement in 2015. 
He immigrated to the USA in 1955. He never tired of the profession   he began at the age of 10 in Italy. 
He loved interacting with the people and treated his customers like family. His customers will always remember him for the Italian music playing and good conversation while they waited.
Vincenzo was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and then Holy Family Catholic Church. He was past president of both the Columbus Club and the former local Barberás Union. In addition he was a member of Sons of Italy and the local UFCW.
Surviving are his wife Della Ciacci Rinaldi, one son, Vincent (Ellen) Rinaldi of Bethel, CT, and one daughter, Mary Jo Rinaldi of Steubenville, and two nephews and a niece he raised Angelo (De), Leonardo (Emily) and Carla Rinaldi. 6 grandchildren Luca, Sophia, Lucia, Annabella, Michael, and Gianna. In addition Vincenzo is survived by sisters-in-law Angela Rinaldi and Elizabeth Ciacci as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved.  
Calling hours are Friday 3-7 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel. A funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Msgr. Gerald Calovini, celebrant.  Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
There will be a vigil service 4:30 pm Friday
