Virginia McMenamin Obituary

Virginia R. McMenamin, 93, of Steubenville died Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Sienna Skilled Care. She was born December 14, 1924 in New Cumberland, WV. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Zumer Stolarczyk. Also preceding her in death are her husband James McMenamin Sr.; three sisters Sophie Simon, Josephine Stolarczyk and Darlene McNeil. Surviving are one son James (Jessica) McMenamin Jr., of Slippery Rock, PA; two daughters Karen (Kenneth) Petrella of Wintersville and Kathy (Joseph) Corabi of Wintersville; two sisters Emily Blanda of Columbus and Helene Buck of New Manchester, WV; one brother Ted (Mary Ann) Stolarczyk of Marion, OH; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Virginia was retired from the former St. John Arena with 30 years of service. She was a former volunteer at Trinity Medical Center West. She was also a member of Triumph of the Cross Catholic Church.
