Wilbur C. Neeley, 74, of Weirton died Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Trinity West. He was born August 8, 1943 in Paris, PA. He is the son of the late Wilbur and Mary McDonald Neeley. Also preceding him in death are his wife Margaret Mary Madigan Neeley and sisters Shirley Davis and Beverly Pitts.
Will was retired from Weirton Steel where he was an inspector, real estate agent and from industrial supply company. Will served his country in the Ohio National Guard. Will never missed any of his grandsons sporting events, and he was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan.
Surviving are one son Robert Neeley of Weirton; one daughter Carrie Neeley of Bloomingdale; one brother Raymond (Sharon) Neeley of Weirton; one sister Dolly Law of Bergholz; two grandchildren Mitchell and Mason Porter.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 am at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Fr. Bradley Greer will celebrate. A vigil service will be Sunday at 4 pm. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
