William C. Coleman I

William C. Coleman I, 80, of Steubenville died Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Valley Hospice. He was born February 11, 1937 in Huntington, WV. He is the son of the late William and Ruth Klass Coleman. 
Also preceding him in death are his wife Debi Perine Coleman; two sisters Ann Knowles and Betty Sue Call. 
William was a retired Steubenville Police Patrolman of 25 years. He was a member of the Knights of St. Anthony and Jefferson County Sportsman Association. William loved fishing with his grandchildren and visiting with his grand dogs.
Surviving are one son William 'Jive' C. Coleman II of Benwood, WV; two daughters Traci (Richard) McFadden of Steubenville and Mary Ann Coleman of Wintersville; four grandchildren Mayla Thomas, Maci Platt, Jasmine and Jordan Coleman. 
William also served his country in the United States Marine Corp. 
William's wishes were to be cremated.
