William R. Kopras

William R. Kopras, 83, of Wintersville died Monday, February 13, 2017 at Valley Hospice. 
He was born May 19, 1933 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Ambrose and M. Aileen Atkins Clemens. 
William proudly served his country in Navy. 
He was retired from the former Wheeling Pitt Steel Mill. 
Surviving is his wife Esther Williamson Kopras, whom he married May 26, 1981.
Private services were held Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel and Entombment followed in Union Cemetery.
