Anna M. Thomas

Anna M. Thomas, 78, of Wintersville died Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Sienna Skilled Nursing Home. She was born March 23, 1941 in Washington, DC. She is the daughter of the late Paul Robinson and Anna Waneta Barker Jacot. She is also preceded in death by one sister Paula Mamula; one son John Thomas and husband Harvey Thomas. 

Anna was the former marketing director of the Fort Steuben Mall, was an administrative assistant at McCauslen’s Florist and also loved to volunteer to many local causes and civic organizations. 

Surviving are one son Harry (Pam) Thomas of Toronto; one daughter Tracey Thomas of Pittsburgh; one brother Richard Ware of Georgia; two grandchildren Melissa (Dom) Gilham and Corey Thomas; four great grandchildren Penny and Tristan Thomas and Cecelia Jo and Clayton Gilham.

Anna’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Sienna Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for the loving care of their mother.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 1 pm until time of services at 4 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Pastor Jeff Greco will officiate.
