Arnell Bowser

Arnell Bowser, 65, of Steubenville, died Saturday, October 12, 2019, at Valley Hospice.
She was born December 5, 1953, in Wheeling. She is the daughter of the late Malcolm, Sr. and Thelma Davies Smith. Also preceding her in death are her husband, Glenn (Fred) Bowser; sons, William Hughes and James Bowser. Arnell was retired from the Super 8 Motel, where she worked for many years.
Surviving are one son, Frederick Hughes; one daughter, Terri (Steve) Everhart; one brother, Malcolm Smith, Jr; one sister, Dorothy Patterson; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jeremiah), Chelsea (Nate), Frederick, Paige, Levi, JJ, TT, Isabella and Hailey; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Sienna and Miah. She is also survived by Kim and Stephanie.
