Dennis Lee Szczerbinski

Dennis Lee Szczerbinski, 65, of Steubenville died Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born April 1, 1954 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Michael and Helen Klash Szczerbinski. Also preceding him in death is one infant son Dennis Michael Szczerbinski.

Dennis was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Polish Athletic Club and loved to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Dennis also enjoyed listening to his music. He was a graduate of Steubenville High School class of 1972.  

Surviving are his wife Nancy Krulia Szczerbinski, whom he married June 17, 1978; one daughter Maria Szczerbinski of Steubenville; one brother John (Rebecca) Szczerbinski of Colliers; two grandchildren Hannah Szczerbinski, Adelina King and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial mass Tuesday at 10 am at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Fr.Tim Huffman will celebrate. Burial will be private.
