Edward Essig

Edward Essig, 70, of Steubenville, died Saturday March 23, 2019 at home. He was born September 17, 1948 in Steubenville.
He is the son of the late Edward E. Essig and Lyda Eddy. Edward is also preceded in death by his half sister Gretchen Richardson.
Edward was retired from the former Uni Bank where he was the Vice President of Accounting and was recently retired from the Tri-County Help Center, accounting department, St. Clairsville, OH.
Surviving are his half sister, Madlyn "Cissy" Essig of Tampa, FL and a nephew Jonathan Richardson of Lakeland, FL.
Friends are invited to a committal service 10 a.m Wednesday at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville, Rev. Jason Elliott will officiate and burial will follow.
