Frank J. Constantine

Frank J. Constantine, 84, of Toronto died Monday, March 11, 2019 at the Laurels of Steubenville. He was born March 3, 1935 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Armand and Grace DiBiase Constantine Sr. He is also preceded in death by one sister Louise Yaskanich and two sons Frank and Michael Constantine.

Frank was retired from Weirton Steel where he was a foreman at the Blooming Mill for many years. Frank also enjoyed playing cards, woodworking, fishing and swimming. Frank also served his country in the U.S. Air Force.

Surviving are his wife Marlene Sheets Constantine, whom he has been married to for 43 years; one son Robert E (Maria) Spear of VA; three daughters Romona Constantine of NY, Jennifer (John) Zisko of Cranberry and Janice (Mike) Simek of Galena, OH; two brothers John Sr. (Donna) Constantine and Armand Jr. (Ida Mae) Constantine both of Wintersville; two sisters Philomena (Frank) DeStefanno and Carmella Corra of Wintersville; six grandchildren Alex, Daniella Jacob, Ava, Gigi, Helenia, one great grandchild Chesney and three adoptive grandchildren Jordan, Shane and BJ.

Calling hours will be Friday from 12:30 pm until time of services at 3:30 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Fr. Thomas Vanetti will officiate and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
