Jeanette Kerr Lash

Jeanette Kerr (Anderson) Lash, age 96, formerly of Mingo Junction, OH went home to be with her Lord on July 30, 2019 at Villa Health Care in DeLand, FL. She was born in Steubenville, OH on December 07, 1922, the daughter of the late Alexander and Nellie Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond M. Lash, and six siblings and their spouses: Jean Crossley (Pete), George Anderson (Helen), Ina Swisher (Jack), Elizabeth Petrick (Patsy), Ellen Ewing (Ralph) and William Anderson Sr. (Lena).

Jeanette is survived by sons Raymond W. Lash (Connie) of Deltona, FL, and Scott Lash of Lee’s Summit, MO; grandchildren: Melissa Hopkins (Eric) of Deltona, FL; Klarissa Lash of Kansas City, MO; Dimitry Lash of Lee’s Summit, MO; and great granddaughters Breanne Hopkins of Oak Hill, FL and Alexis Hopkins of Deltona, FL.

Jeanette was a life-long faithful member of Finley United Methodist Church. Visitation will be at Mosti Funeral Home in Steubenville from 2:00-6:00 pm on Thursday, August 8, and at Finley United Methodist Church from 10:00 am on Friday, August 9, until time of service at 11:00 am at the church. The Reverend P. Douglas George will officiate for the Celebration of Life service. Burial will follow at Fort Steuben Memorial Estates.
