Margaret Gibson Vendetta Obituary
Margaret L. Gibson Vendetta, 87, of Steubenville died Wednesday, September 4, 2019 Catherine’s Care Center. She was born August 2, 1932 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Joseph Gibson and Alberta Leonhart Gibson Dixon. Also preceding her in death are her husband Domenic Vendetta; son Robert “Bobby” Vendetta; seven sisters Frances Glynn, June Gibson, Mary Staten, Mildred Ritchey, Madelyn Moats, Rita Cross and Barbara Dalanno.
Margaret worked at the former Ohio Valley Hospital in the Dietary department for many years.
Surviving are one son David (Robyn) Vendetta of Steubenville; one daughter Paulette (Michael) Yacoviello of Steubenville; four grandchildren David Vendetta II, Marc Yacoviello, Robert “Nick” Vendetta, Chelsea Vendetta and three great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Saturday from 12 pm until time of services at 3 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Fr. Ryan Gray will officiate and burial will be at the convenience of the family in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
