Mary DiAlbert Prosperi, age 98 of Steubenville OH has passed into the arms of the Our Lord and Savior. While Heaven is rejoicing, the world is now a little less kind, less loving and less happy.
Mary was born in Steubenville to the union of Quintino and Domenica Lelli DiAlbert.
She was the wife of Felix Prosperi who she has longed to be reunited with since his sudden passing in 1976.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Felix. She is also preceded in death by her three brothers, Frank DiAlbert, Alfred "Fatty" DiAlbert and George DiAlbert.
Mary is survived by her two daughters, Carole Farley of Steubenville, Lois "Lala" (Robert) Thompson of Wellsburg, WV, and one son, Philip (Shirley) Prosperi of Steubenville. She is also survived by her two sisters Emelia "Yemmy" Orlando of Port Huron MI and Gloria Tripodi of Wintersville, OH.

Mary has seven great grandchildren, Jacob (Anthony) Hines, Robert Hines III, Jack Koontz, Joey Klass, Kameron Klass, and great step grandchildren Kyley and Tyler Klass.
To know Mary was to love her. She was the kindest, most loving, giving, and forgiving woman, who asked nothing in return for all she gave. She loved her family and her family adored her. If you visited her you could be sure she sat you down and you would eat...a lot. If you got married during a certain time you can be sure her amazing cookies were at your reception.
The family would like to thank the staff at Valley Hospice for the wonderful care Mary received.
