Michael P. Connor

Michael P. Connor, 76, of Steubenville died Monday, June 17, 2019 at Valley Hospice. He was born February 5, 1943 in Steubenville.
He is the son of the late Paul and Marjorie Griffith Connor. 
Michael was retired from Weirton Steel where he worked for 30 years. He was active at the Primetime Center, was an avid camper and was a former volunteer at the Pleasant Hill Fire Dept. Michael also enjoyed visiting and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife Nina Benos Connor, whom he married February 2, 1963; one son Thomas (Luisa) Connor of Bradenton, FL; two daughters Denise (David) Landers also of Bradenton and Patricia (Gene) Mozena of Martins Ferry; one sister Stephanie Eye of Millersville, PA; five grandchildren Bethany, Matthew, Connor, Andrew and Emily. 
The family would like to thank Valley Hospice for their wonderful care of Michael. 
A memorial funeral service will be Friday, July 12, at 11:00 am at First Westminister Presbyterian Church, 235 N 4th St., Steubenville. 
Burial will be private.
