Rose M. Brake

Rose M. Brake, 81, of Wintersville died Friday, December 13, 2019 at Valley Hospice. She was born February 11, 1938 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late John and Anna Newburn Costantini. Also preceding her in death are two sons Allen, Buddy Lee Brake, Brother, Mahlie Costantini and son-in-law Jerry Cook.

Rose loved to bowl and play in her card clubs. She also enjoyed watching her Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State Football.

Surviving are her husband Ermine “Bud” Brake, whom she married January 26, 1957; One son, John Brake of Wintersville, one daughter Anna Cook of Wintersville; two sisters Marilyn (Michael) Youngblood of Tampa, FL and Jean (Clyde) Seigler of Coraopolis, PA; five grandchildren Julie (Joe) Constantine, Jamie Lyn (Jake) Moore, Misty (Dalton) Smith, Johnnie, Brianna and one great grandson Gunner Constantine.

Memorial visitation will be Tuesday from 3 pm until time of services at 6 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville. Pastor Bill Westling will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date in Fort Steuben Burial Estates. Memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 6060 Rockside Woods Blvd, Suite 315, Independence, OH 44131.
