Thelma Jean White born September 1,1950 has passed away on December 26,2018.
She’s going to heaven to be with her Daughter Kristina White, her Mother Thelma
Skinner, and her Brother Jack Skinner.
Surviving are 3 daughters, Karla White, Tracy White, and Jennifer Matheney. Also her beloved grandchildren, sisters, nieces, and nephews. And her father Wynne Skinner.
She was an active member of the Salvation Army in Steubenville Ohio where she attended church and volunteered.
She was loved by all who knew her and will be missed.
Thelma will be cremated and the family will hold a private remembrance this spring.
