Angela "Angie" Soltis

Angela Rose “Angie” Soltis, 85, of Wintersville died Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Trinity West. She was born January 19, 1940 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Cosmo and Agnes Petrella DiNovo. Angie is also preceded in death by her grandson Andrew Soltis, brother Anthony DiNovo, infant son Francis and infant granddaughter Rachel.

Angie was a waitress at various places for many years and she was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Surviving are son Edward (Jennifer) Soltis of Weirton; sister Rosalie Falbo of Steubenville; grandchildren Alex (Ashton), Julianna and Jeffrey; two great grandchildren Ethan and Gabriella.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-5 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. A vigil service will be held Sunday at 2 pm. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
