Ann DiLeonardo

Ann DiLeonardo (née Carducci), born on March 2, 1928, in Mingo Junction, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2025, in Alton, Illinois, at the age of 97.

She was a devoted mother to her three children, Romeo, Melitha, and David. Though she endured the heartbreaking loss of her daughter Melitha, she remained a source of strength and warmth for those around her. Ann's love and guidance will be forever treasured by her surviving sons, Romeo and David.

Later in life, Ann relocated to Alton, Illinois, where she spent her remaining years.

Ann’s legacy lives on through her children, family, and all who were fortunate enough to have known her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those she touched.

Visitation will be held Friday from 3-6 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Fr. Michael Gossett will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
