Arlene Brown Obituary

Arlene Brown, 84, of Mingo Jct. died Sunday, October 25 at her home. She was born July 15, 1936 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Arthur and Wilma McCann Moore. She is also preceded in death by her husband James Brown.

Arlene was Catholic by faith and a former member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. She was also a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School.

Surviving are one son James Brown of West Chester, OH; one daughter Becky (Lou) DeChristopher of Bloomingdale; two brothers Jerry (Judy) Moore of Wintersville and Brian (Jo Ann) Moore of Fort Myers, FL; four grandchildren Jimmy, Matthew and Katie Brown, Brianna DeChristopher and her beloved “granddog” Rosebud.

Private services were held Thursday and burial took place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
