Audrey Mitchell

Audrey Ann Mitchell passed away at her home on Jan 12 2025. She was a native of Wellsburg WV, but was currently living in Steubenville OH. Audrey is proceeded in death by her husband Andrew Mitchell and her father Edgar Devon Parrish. Surviving are her mother, Barbra Parrish of Wellsburg, her brother Joshua Parrish of Beech Bottom WV and her daughter Rebecca (Becky) Seditz, son in law Brendan Seditz, and 3 grandchildren, Devon, Sophia, and Braylee.  Audrey was an avid reader who enjoyed history and genealogy, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. While living in Wellsburg, she attended St. John’s church and enjoyed practicing her catholic faith. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who played an important role in raising all of her grandchildren. Her memory will live on through them. Arrangements will be handled privately by the family with her final resting place being Brooke cemetery with her beloved father.
