Bruce A. Knight, Sr., 70, of Steubenville died Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Trinity West. He was born December 24, 1950 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late Kenneth and Marguerite (Adams) Knight. Also preceding him in death are his daughter Kristine Freund and his wife Ruth (Smith) Knight.

Bruce was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel where he worked for many years as a motor inspector. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War, was an avid Euchre player and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and bonus grandkids.

Surviving are; one son Bruce (Lindsey) Knight, Jr. of Mingo Jct.; one brother Kenneth (Paula) Knight of Mingo Jct.; two sisters Wendy (Alfred) DeAngelis of Follansbee and Joyce Nalepa of GA; three grandchildren Jéan, Bryce and Madison. Also surviving is his companion, Sheila Gaston.

Bruce will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
