Catherine Mae Auch

Catherine Mae Auch, 92, of Toronto, died Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Trinity West. She was born December 16, 1930 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Leo and Mary Olive Christy Dobzynski. She is also preceded in death by her husband John Auch, brother Leo Dobzynski Jr. and grandson Michael Davis.

Catherine was a homemaker, she loved gardening her flowers, humming birds, loved her cats and dogs, Ohio State football and enjoyed collecting Christmas houses and cermaic dolls.  Catherine was a great cook who cooked many things grown from the garden and everything made from scratch.  She was a great and loving mother.  Her castle was her home and yard.

Surviving are one son Kenneth Auch of Toronto;  four daughters:  Virginia (Roger) Smith of Davenport, IA, Darlene (Rob) Lucas of Steubenville,  Susan Auch of Toronto,  and Johna (Jim) Saltsman of Steubenville; three great grandchildren: Thomas Burchfield, Mikala and Cody Saltsman, Cyrystal and Nicole Davis, Alissa (Henery) Sonera, Thomas and Julian Burchfield.

Private services were held and burial took place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
