Charles "Chuck" Bailey

Charles “Chuck” Michael Bailey, 49, of Weirton West Virginia (formerly of Steubenville) passed away peacefully on March 2nd, 2024.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Earl & Barbara Mae Bailey, his grandparents William & Allie Sampson, Anna Mae Bailey, and two siblings, John Joseph Utsinger (USMC) and Kathy Lynn Bailey Temple.

Chuck is survived by his siblings Mary Powell (Mike) of Filmore, UT, Sharon Bailey-Miller (Robert) of Arboga, CA, Richard Bailey (Nikki) of Weirton, WV, Lisa Bailey-Cline of Steubenville, OH, and Glinda Bailey-Platt of Weirton, WV. In addition, Chuck is survived by his children, Mackenzie Ann Bailey, Emma Nicole Bailey, Charles Michael Bailey II, and Taylor Joseph Bailey. Chuck leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Chuck’s wish was for life to carry on after his passing. In keeping with his wish, Chuck was a registered organ donor.

A memorial service is to be held Saturday March 23rd, 2024, at Refocus Christian Church, 861 Neville Street Follansbee, WV, at one o’clock in the afternoon with Rev. Jason A. Cline to officiate.
