Claudia J. Martinette

Claudia J. Martinette, 72, of Hopedale died Sunday, May 24, 2026 at the Welty Home in Wheeling. She was born September 3, 1953 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Jack and Kathryn Dunkle Blum.

Claudia was a retired orthodontic tech where she worked in Dr. Peterson’s office for 40 plus years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was a graduate of Wintersville High School class of 1971.

Surviving are her husband Daniel; son Jamie (Teresa) Martinette of Wheeling; sister Dona (Don) Sellers of Ogden, UT; two grandchildren TJ and Dani.

Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass on Friday, June 5, at 11 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
