Conrad R. "Bobby" Blake

Conrad R. “Bobby” Blake III, 34, of Steubenville passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025 at his home. He was born July 17, 1990 in Columbus, OH. He is the son of Johnny Moran, Conrad R. Blake II and Tanya Fravel Hoyle. Also step fathers Chuck Handley and Jim Hoyle. Preceding him in death are grandparents Kenneth Fravel, Patrica Fravel, Charleen Blake, Dave and Barb Hoyle and Kathy “Maw” Blake.    

Bobby worked as a handyman and plumber.  

Surviving are son Conrad Blake IV; grandfather Conrad R. Blake; two brothers David Hoyle and Cody (Christina) Fravel both of Columbus; one sister Taylor (Joey) Cohick of Mingo Jct.; significant other Jessica Kocher; mother of his children Schaine Jarvis; uncles Donnie and Val Hartsell; Aunts Christine Hartsell, Linda Lucas and Patrice Fravel; nephews Noah and Nico Fravel; nieces Addison Cohick, Layla Cohick and Aly Fravel; several cousins and distant relatives.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Pastor Dave Shores will officiate and burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
