Daniel Greenlee, 97, of Wintersville, passed away on January 25, 2026. He was born in Jefferson, Pennsylvania to the late Samuel and Katherine Greenlee. Daniel served in the U.S. Army as a medical technician on an Air Evacuation Team. He retired from Cameron Coca-Cola where he was the manager of the distribution center in Steubenville.
Daniel is survived by his beloved wife of 71 years Alice Moston Greenlee, daughter Susan McPherson of Washington Court House, Ohio, sons Gary (Elizabeth) of Ocala, Florida, Tom of Wintersville, Ed (Marguerite) of Brecksville, Ohio, and Brian (Cynthia) of Richmond, nine grandchildren (Megan St. Clair (Tyler), Ryan McPherson (Tori), Daniel Greenlee (Suzanne), Joseph Greenlee (Holly), Matthew Greenlee, Jacob Greenlee (Amanda), Tyler Greenlee (Hilary), Lauren Greenlee, and Cameron Greenlee), and fifteen great-grandchildren (Landan St. Clair, Cora St. Clair, Ezra McPherson, Elijah McPherson, Olive Greenlee, Wyatt Greenlee, Sierra Greenlee, Reagan Greenlee, Brooke Greenlee, Henry Greenlee, Roy Greenlee, Lively Greenlee, Brinley Greenlee, Cedric Greenlee, Rosalie Greenlee).
In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by sisters Margaret “Peggy” Morris and Betty Silbaugh, brother John, and son-in-law Richard McPherson. Donations in Daniel’s name may be made to Prime Time Office on Aging, Steubenville, Ohio.
Daniel will be cremated, with no services held at this time.
