Debra Smith Obituary

Debra R. Smith, 63, of Steubenville died Tuesday, April 21,2020 at Allegheny General Hospital. She was born August 13, 1956 in Pennsboro, WV. She is the daughter of the late Harry and Louella Lamp Gray. She is also preceded in death two infant grandchildren Harry and Haley.

Debra was retired from the former Riverview Nursing Home where she served as the Dietary Manager. She loved cooking, camping and fishing with her family. She was an avid fan of Steubenville Big Red and loved watching her grandchildren play sports.

Surviving are her husband Charles, whom she married August 16, 1975; one son Charles (Brandi) Smith of Steubenville; one daughter Rebecca Smith of Steubenville; one brother Dale (Connie) Gray of North Carolina; sisters Mary Lou Gray of Mingo Jct., Brenda (Mike) Armstrong of Virginia and Sondra (Dave) Brockway of Mingo Jct.; three grandchildren Zachary, Kaitlyn and Domenic.

Private services were held Friday at the Mosti Funeral Home.

Memorial donations may be made to The Urban Mission or Salvation Army.
