Donnelle Ruth Tonner

Donnelle Ruth Tonner, 81, of Steubenville died Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Valley Hospice. She was born April 20, 1944 in Las Vegas, NM. She is the daughter of the late Leslie and Marjorie Flint Adams. She is also preceded in death by brother Kenneth Adams.

Donnelle was retired from Jefferson County Jobs and Family Services where she worked in the welfare office as a caseworker for many years.

Surviving are sons Roger (Betty) Tonner of New Cumberland, WV and James Tonner of East Liverpool; grandchildren Brian, Jessica, Casie, Cameron, Raelynn and James; great grandchildren Kylee, Steven, Alexis and great great granddaughter Lilly.

Donnelle will be cremated with no services being held at this time.
