Dorothy M. Martinette

Dorothy M. Martinette, of Wintersville died Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at Weirton Medical Center. She is the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Kania Nowicki. Also preceded in death are son Marty Martinette; daughter Aleta Vargo; sisters Phyllis Stewart and Regina Cindric.

Dorothy worked at M&M Hardware and the CAC for many years. She was a long time member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Surviving are one son Daniel (Claudia) Martinette of Hopedale; brother Edmund (Genie) Nowicki of California; former sister in law Patricia Nowicki; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Friends are invited to a funeral liturgy with Mass on Tuesday at 10 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
