Dorothy "Dotty" Kocher Obituary

Dorothy "Dotty" Kocher, 91, of Steubenville died Friday, April 27, 2018 at Trinity West ER. She was born June 12, 1926 in Sanford, ME. She is the daughter of the late Alfred and Kilda Drouin Mercier. Also preceding her in death are her husband Jerome Kocher and brother Ernest Mercier.

Dorothy worked as a hairdresser for many years. She was also a member of the Red Hats Society and St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Surviving are one son Leonard (Diana) Kocher of Steubenville, grandson Shawn (Megan) Kocher of Fairview Park, OH and great granddaughter Evelyn Kocher.

Private entombment will be in Union Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church, 425 N 4th St., Steubenville, OH 43952.
