Emma "Jeannie" Parrish

Emma “Jeannie” Parrish, 78, of Bloomingdale passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Gables Care Center. She was born November 15, 1946 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late James Sella and Elizabeth Bell Robison Sella. Jeannie is also preceded in death by her brother James Sella.

Jeannie worked for Jefferson County Health & Human Services where she was the director for many years.

Surviving are her sister Kathleen Carte and niece Amie Carte.

Private services were held Friday and burial took place in Independence Cemetery.
