Florence "Flo" Paisley

Florence “Flo” D’Angelo Paisley, 86, of Steubenville died Wednesday, November 21, 2023 at the Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Galloway, New Jersey.

Florence was born April 3, 1937 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Concezio and Emilia Cuterella D’Angelo. Flo is also preceded in death by her husband, Francis “Pete” Paisley, three brothers, Edward D’Angelo, Anthony D’Angelo and Reno DiAngelo and one sister, Wilma D’Angelo.

Flo graduated from Steubenville Catholic Central High School and worked as the Office Manager for Medical Group Associates for many years. She was a member of the former St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and more recently of Triumph of the Cross Parish. Flo loved spending time with her friends and family. One of her favorite activities was playing cards with her grand kids and great grand kids.

Surviving are her sister, Marilee (John) D’Angelo Eugenius of Steubenville, her brother Robert (Linda) D’Angelo of Michigan, her son Michael and his wife Edwina Paisley, and her grandson, Nicholas, all who took such good care of her. Her daughter Lori Paisley of San Jose, California, her granddaughter Stephanie (Scott) De Villers and 4 great-granddaughters, Emeliatte, Paisley, Carmella and Brooklyn.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will follow at 1:00 pm at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Fr. Matt Gossett will celebrate. Burial will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
