Frank A. Giannamore, Jr.

Frank  A. Giannamore Jr., 55, of Pittsburgh passed away Saturday, April 26, 2025 at his home. He was born September 9, 1969 in Steubenville. He is the son of Frank Giannamore Sr. and the late Judith Galownia Giannamore. Also preceding him in death are his paternal grandparents Egidio & Carmella Giannamore and his maternal grandparents Stanley & Helen Galownia.

Frank was currently a teacher in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. He was a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School class of 1987 and Kent State University with a degree in Human Resources. Frank also received a teaching certificate from Franciscan University and a treasury certificate from Ashland University. He also earned a masters degree in Higher Education from the University of Phoenix.    

Surviving, in addition to his father, are his wife Stacy Hooper Giannamore; sister Dr. Melissa Giannamore her two daughters Alana & Tara Fierce all of Georgia; aunt Linda Giannamore of Steubenville.

Calling hours will be held Thursday from 2-5 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Fr. Matthew Gossett will celebrate. Entombment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A vigil service will be held Thursday at 4pm.
