Helen J. Castellano

Helen J, Castellano, 92, of Steubenville passed away peacfully on August 23, 2019. She was a devoted wife and mother. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Antonia Rose Replish Manuska. Helen is also preceded in death by her husband Peter J. Castellano, who died in 2012; brother John, Tony and Joe Manuska; sisters Margaret Fabian, Dolly Hake, Eva Jelski, Mary Faieta, Frances Antonucci and many nieces and nephews.Helen is survived by her daughter Linda and son James Castellano. Helen was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Steubenville.She enjoyed gardening, cooking and watching her Pirates baseball, Steelers and Penguins games. In her younger days Helen enjoyed traveling, attending stage plays and hockey games.Helen will always be remembered by her good sense of humor and contagious laughter among friends.  Private services were held and entombment was in Mt.
