Howard E. Moser

Howard E. Moser, 99, of Steubenville died Monday, October 28, 2024 at Golden Oaks Care Center. He was born July 18, 1925 in New Martinsville, WV. He is the son of the late Frank and Julia Moser. He is also preceded in death by his wife Maxine Moser; son Edward Moser; three brothers and one sister.

Howard was retired from the Union Hall where he was a Carpenter for many years. He was Methodist by faith, a member of the F&A Lodge 45 and enjoyed woodworking. Howard proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Surviving are one son Frank (Linda) Moser of VT; one daughter Charlene Anderson of Steubenville; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Private services were held and burial took place in Union Cemetery.
