Jesse A. Cook, Jr.

Jesse A. Cook, Jr., 35, of Steubenville, died Saturday, June 6, 2020 at his home. He was born April 26, 1985 in Steubenville. He is the son of Jesse Cook, Sr. And Annette Anticole Stewart. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Albert Anticole and paternal grandfather Charles Cook.

Jesse worked as the shift manager of Dairy Queen in Steubenville. He was a graduate of Indian Creek High School class of 2004 and attend Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Jesse was an avid Steelers & NASCAR fan and loved fishing, camping, boating and swimming.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are step father Carl Stewart and step mother Tracy Cook; son Jesse Aiden Cook; daughter Mia Marie Cook; sisters Tiffany Cook of Toronto and Megan Stewart of East Springfield; brothers Payton Cook of Steubenville, Brandon Stewart of East Springfield, Cameron Stewart of Steubenville and Thomas Gibson, Jr. Of Steubenville; maternal grandmother Annette Anticole; paternal grandmothers Florine Stewart of Steubenville and Ella M. Cook of Bloomingdale.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 3-7 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Fr. Tom Nau will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
