Joseph J. Pinciaro, 70, of Steubenville, died of natural causes on August 5, 2020. He was born on October 11, 1949, in Steubenville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Silvio “Birdie” Pinciaro and Nicolene Pinciaro, and brother, Ralph Pinciaro, of Nevada. He is survived by sister, Sylvia Hoagland of New York City, Linda Staffilino of Steubenville, and sister and brother-in-law, Toni and Thomas Dear, of Steubenville. Joe served in the US Army as a member of the 1st Air Calvary and is a Vietnam Veteran. There will be a private memorial for immediate family. Offercondolences, www.mostifuneralhome.com
